A gathering for Catholic journalism, publishing, and media
Each summer, Catholic communicators from across the country come together for four days of formation, awards, and fellowship. In 2027, Archbishop Paul S. Coakley, President of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, invites us to the Oklahoma City, home to the Blessed Stanley Rother Shrine, for a week centered on prayer, professional growth and honoring excellence in Catholic media.
The week includes daily Mass, Master Camps, breakout sessions and roundtables, the exhibit hall, and three signature honors: the Cardinal John P. Foley Award, the St. Francis de Sales Award, and the Catholic Media Awards with the Gabriel Awards.

Cardinal John P. Foley Award
Presented at Thursday's luncheon, honoring distinguished contribution to Catholic communications.
St. Francis de Sales Award
The highest award a CMA member can receive. Colleagues gather Friday to celebrate a career of excellence in Catholic journalism and communications.
Catholic Media & Gabriel Awards
The conference closes Friday evening with the Catholic Media Awards and the 61st Annual Gabriel Awards, recognizing work that inspires, informs, and impacts the global Catholic community.
