Catholic Media Conference Registration

The Catholic Media Conference features 12 workshops, 8 roundtables and 2 master camps to enhance your professional development and take your organization to the next level. Conference attendees will learn from experts in journalism, communications, digital media, and advertising and business. The Catholic Media Conference celebrates the positive impact of individuals and publications for their contributions to Catholic media. The Catholic Press Awards Banquet is the culmination of the conference, where we celebrate those recognized through these awards. In-Person Conference Registration, and hybrid conference Registration

Join your colleagues in Portland this summer at the Catholic Media Conference. This is your time enhance your skills and connect with those who share in the mission of communicating the Good News.

In-Person Registration includes all conference sessions, three lunches, the reception at the Grotto, and the Catholic Press Awards Banquet dinner. Two event tickets can be added to the registration before checking out: Monday's Rose Garden Picnic and the Gabriel Awards Reception.

We are pleased to offer a Hybrid Conference Registration option this year. If you send one person to Portland, the rest of your team can join the conference virtually via Zoom.

Registrations must be completed for each person attending. Guest Passes can be added to a full conference registration in order to purchase meal tickets for friends and guests. Guest passes do not provide access to the sessions.

One-Day passes include the sessions and lunch for the day chosen.

    • Early Bird Price (until June 13):
      Special CMA Member rate = $450; Public rate for non-CMA Members = $550
    • Full Price (after June 13):
      CMA Members = $500; Non-Members = $600
  • Hybrid Registration 
    • Send one person to Portland and the rest of your team can join the conference virtually = $700
    • Registrant must use CMC hotel booking system to take advantage of this special offer.
  • One-Day Pass (Tuesday or Wednesday)
    • Early Bird Price (until June 13): $220
    • Full Price: $250 (after June 13)
  • Gabriel Awards Reception Only: $85

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellations need to be sent in writing.
  • Cancellations received by May 6, 2022 (60 days prior to the conference) are subject to a $25 processing fee.
  • Cancellations received between May 7, 2022 and June 5, 2022 (59-30 days prior to the conference) will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued after June 6, 2022 (within 29 days of the conference).

Virtual registration

Join your colleagues remotely. Your Virtual Registration includes three days of Master Camps, workshops, keynote speakers, the All Member Meeting, and the annual Catholic Press Awards banquet.

Virtual Registration closes June 27, 2022.

    • $700 (savings of $200)

    • $900 (savings of $300)
