Insurance requirement
CMC sponsors and exhibitors must provide two certificates of liability insurance for no less than $2,000,000 for bodily injury (including death and personal injury) per occurrence, and $2,000,000 for property damage, or a combined single limit of $4,000,000, listing:
- The Catholic Media Association as an additional insured
- The Skirvin Hilton and its subsidiaries and affiliates Confirm exact name
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A processing fee applies on a sliding scale as the conference approaches, and no refunds are issued after the payment and materials deadline. Exact 2027 cutoff dates and fee tiers to be confirmed Confirm — the 2026 policy used a 15% fee for early cancellations, 50% for cancellations closer to the event, and no refunds after the final payment deadline.
