Catholic Media Conference Scholarship

The Catholic Media Association is pleased to introduce the inaugural Catholic Media Conference Scholarship Program. This initiative expands access to the Catholic Media Conference, the flagship event of the CMA, for member organizations that can demonstrate financial need so they can continue to grow in professional excellence and strengthen their creative work.

For the 2026 Catholic Media Conference in Atlantic City, NJ, two scholarships are available. Each scholarship provides:

• Full conference registration
• Four nights at the conference hotel
• Travel reimbursement of up to $500

Scholarship Program Portal

The Carlo Acutis Scholarship supports college-age writers who are exploring a career in Catholic journalism or communications. The scholarship offers full-time college students or recent graduates the opportunity to attend the Catholic Media Conference, where they can develop their skills, build professional relationships and learn directly from experienced Catholic media professionals.

This scholarship is made possible through the generosity of the Catholic Journalist Scholarship Fund, eCatholic and Catholic Extension.
