We want to show people how to use automations and user journeys to better engage newsletter readers. Based on what people click on, we can create order readers based on their interests. This gives dioceses a chance to send follow-up emails on specific topics, such as seminarian formation, Catholic Charities, Catholic education, etc.
Matt Smith is the president and founder of Smith House, a creative/digital agency based out of Phoenix, Arizona. As a college student, Matt made waves on MTV reality shows as a devout Catholic. Today, his agency helps for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations increase their reach online and on social media. Matt has a BS in Industrial Design from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
