Matt has a BS in Industrial Design from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Faith Olono is the Project Manager and Graphic Design Lead at Smith House. She oversees project timelines and leads creative execution, translating complex ideas into clear visuals and keeping teams aligned from kickoff through delivery. Originally from the mountain town of Flagstaff, Arizona, she now lives in the Phoenix area with her husband. Faith brings a steady, detail-driven approach to guiding campaigns from concept to launch.
