Matt Smith is the president and founder of Smith House, a creative/digital agency based out of Phoenix, Arizona. As a college student, Matt made waves on MTV reality shows as a devout Catholic. Today, his agency helps for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations increase their reach online and on social media. Matt has a BS in Industrial Design from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Faith Olono is the Project Manager and Graphic Design Lead at Smith House. She oversees project timelines and leads creative execution, translating complex ideas into clear visuals and keeping teams aligned from kickoff through delivery. Originally from the mountain town of Flagstaff, Arizona, she now lives in the Phoenix area with her husband. Faith brings a steady, detail-driven approach to guiding campaigns from concept to launch.

Liam Kowalczyk is the Digital Marketing Lead at Smith House. He oversees social strategy, email marketing, and campaign performance, helping clients grow and engage their audiences online. With a background in nonprofit communications and media production, Liam brings a thoughtful and adaptable approach to digital campaigns. Originally from North Carolina, he now resides in Phoenix with his wife and their three young sons. Liam brings a broad and adaptable skill set, dedicated to helping good people do good things!
